Your Data, Your Control. This page explains exactly what happens to the files you upload to Tavrylo.
What you provide
Tavrylo works with the sales spreadsheets you choose to upload (Excel or CSV files containing columns such as Date, Product, Quantity, Unit Price and Unit Cost). You can also explore the product with fictional sample data instead of uploading anything.
How your files are processed
All spreadsheet parsing, validation, financial calculations, monthly comparisons, insights and Ask Tavrylo answers run entirely in your web browser. Your uploaded files are not transmitted to Tavrylo servers or any external service, and Ask Tavrylo uses built-in deterministic rules — your data is never sent to an AI API.
Storage
Tavrylo does not store your uploaded data. Files and results live only in your current browser tab's memory. Refreshing or closing the tab clears them. PDF and CSV reports are generated in your browser and downloaded directly to your device.
Third-party services
No third-party service processes your spreadsheet data. The published site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives a standard web request (like any website font) but never your file contents.
Accounts
No account, registration or payment is required. You can upload files, use the free demo and download reports without signing up.
Clearing your data
You can remove individual files on the Reports page at any time. Because nothing is stored on a server, refreshing or closing the browser tab removes everything completely.
Known limitations
Tavrylo is in beta and has not undergone a formal security audit or compliance certification (including GDPR). Browser-only processing protects your files from server-side exposure, but it cannot protect against malware or malicious extensions on your own device. During beta testing, please use fictional or non-sensitive data.
